This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
If you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, the service you are interested in, your budget range and whatever you write in the message box. We also collect standard analytics data about how people use the site, such as pages viewed and rough location at city level.
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare the growth plan you asked for. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Enquiry records are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Our website hosting, email provider and analytics provider process data on our behalf. Where a client engagement begins, we may be given access to your own advertising and analytics accounts, which remain under your control throughout.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
